The Best Employees have jobs/Market does NOT matter…..

I wanted to send a note to thank you for your support of Me/My firm, and re-confirm that I am in the “people/service business”, and appreciate and love every relationship I/we have earned.

I am asked many times a day (Lately especially) from both candidates and clients how is the job market?

My answer is… “The market is GREAT for me, my competition is/are dropping like flies” (internal/external recruiters), because true “Winners”, become resourceful and creative during a glitch like this, however I have a special place in my heart for internal/external recruiter’s, and if anyone is displaced or feeling down about economy, YOU, are in my/our thoughts and prayers….

1) HOW am I/my firm doing this?

Attitude, Action, and Bullet proof/recruiting business process
Passive candidate pool (Web 2.0) trained
Top 10% trained Recruiting skills
Top 10% trained Interview/Assessment skills strategy skills
Partnering/Coaching my Clients/Candidates

2) WHY?

I/We fully ACCEPT my/our place in the business world
I/We ENJOY what we do
I/We have ENTHUSIASM about what we do

3) I/WE are AVID LEARNERS (“Learners win/inherit the world”)

Recruiting: Lou Adler, Scott Love, Bill Radin, etc

Sourcing: Shally Steckerl, GLENN GUTMACHER, etc.

Personal: Greg Bradden, Bruce Lipton, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Byron Katie, etc.

#4) MISC.

Treat others as we want to be treated
Service driven life
We probe, predict, and create solutions
Act with Humility and Confidence=Results
Focus on other important areas of our lives relationally, physically, spiritually, financially, etc.

I would be very interested in helping anyway I can if you are a Client/Corp. looking for solutions to your hiring needs, OR a Candidate searching for a job with higher impact! (My/Our door is always open!)

With extraordinary intentions,

I have always believed that the most satisfied and successful in business are not the brightest… but the most stubborn. If you push long enough and refuse to accept failure as an option, you will eventually win!

  2. Steve Bodda Says:

Nice re-design of the site, Brian!

  3. Karen Rheault Says:

Thanks for your recruiting insight, Brian. I agree that while the economy is hitting a lot people hard out there, it also presents opportunity for growth. Your efforts to stay ahead of the recruiting game seem to be working out well for you, and I also wish you the best!

  4. Timur Tabi Says:

At least no one can say you’re not enthusiastic!

  5. Ronald Beach Says:

The other advantage of the economy is that it sometimes allows a person to try new adventures and expand their knowledge into areas that they might not have been willing to in the past. Your group is one of those that is continually expanding to include new ideas. Keep it up. I wish you the very best.

Ron- That is what I call “Sage” advice… (allow person to try something new) There is a spiritual connection in my view, that is the cause/effect of change for the good! Brian-

  6. Jurgen Menge Says:

New opportunities are always available; though it can be tough to catch them, more and more, however, they will lasso you in.
Be seen, be heard, be known! 😉

Fantastic, my man! The new site looks great! Keep in touch!

Hey Brian- love the new site and videos! Great to see some enthusiasm with all of the bad news we see every day on the news. There are opportunities in good times and bad…you just need to keep swinging!

  9. Shesh Says:

Good stuff that keeps the motivation high for everyone !
